We Will Beat Ram Gopal Varma With Shoes, Says NCP Leader Vidya Chavan
The popular leader from the Nationalist Congress Party gave a statement asking RGV to apologize for his sexist tweets against women
Ram Gopal Varma has been making headlines since
yesterday.
Talking about International Women’s Day yesterday, RGV
had tweeted, “I wish that all women give men as much happiness as Sunny Leone
has given."
This statement outraged women all across the nation.
Now, one of the Nationalist Congress Party's prime
leaders Vidya Chavan has gone ahead and demanded an apology from RGV. If he
doesn't abide by their demands, they would resort to slapping him with their
footwear and also going on a 'Joota Maaro Andolan' against him.

- आ. विद्या चव्हाण (2/2)

Ram Gopal Varma responded to this by tagging party head
Sharad Pawar in his tweets. He bashes the NCP leaders for taking the law into
their hands.
Great @PawarSpeaks shud kick u out for threatening to take law into hands in our sovereign democratic country ..u r a disgrace to his ideals https://t.co/YdfZmBOJgH

Last night we reported how social activist, Vishaka
Mhambre, filed a case against RGV at Goa on the same matter.
RGV then tweeted about this case saying he was going to
countersue the social activist.
Ram Gopal Varma was in news a few days back for his
comment on Tiger Shroff, where he said, “Only gays pose like this” for one of
his latest magazine cover. He also went on to compare Tiger’s poses to Urmila
Matondkar.
Apart from all the social media controversies, RGV is
currently in the middle of promotions for his upcoming magnum opus, Sarkar 3.
The film is the third part in the Sarkar franchise, and Amitabh Bachchan makes
a comeback as Sarkar after almost 9 years. The film would also star Jackie
Shroff, Amit Sadh, Ronit Roy, Manoj Bajpayee and Yami Gautam in the lead roles.
It's set to hit theatres on April 7.
